OPENING AN ACCOUNT
The purpose of an account is to help you keep track of your orders.
To open a ‘My ZANiC’ account simply complete the new account form and click submit. An automated conformation with your login name and password will then be emailed to you.

LOGGING IN
To log onto your ‘My ZANiC’ account, simply enter your login name and password where prompted and click submit. You will then be directed to your personal ‘My ZANiC’ page.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD
Do not worry if you have forgotten your password. Simply enter your login name and click ‘forgot my password’. An automated email will be sent to you with your login and password details.
ORDER STATUS
You can check the process of your recent order status here. ORDER PENDING: ZANiC is patiently waiting for your payment be processed. ORDER PROCESSED: Your order has been processed and your item will be shipped shortly. ITEM SHIPPED: Your item has been shipped and is now available through tracking.
TRACKING YOUR ORDERS
All orders from ZANiC can be tracked through http://auspost.com.au/track/. The tracking code is located in each order. Simply click on the item and view the order details. Then type in the tracking code in the ‘Track me’ box to view the location of your order.

Ordering SHOPPING CART Shopping at ZANiC is simple and quick. Just add an item you wish to purchase and it will be automatically stored in your shopping cart. Items placed in your shopping cart will remain there until your purchase has been finalised. Items in your shopping cart can be edited, deleted or simply moved to your wish list for later purchase.
WISH LIST Undecided on an item or simply wishing to purchase it later on? Why not add it to your wish list.
All items listed in your wish list will remain there until they are purchased or deleted as long as stock is still available, making it easy to relocate them at a later date. To purchase items in your wish list click on ‘add to cart’
To Access your wish list you will need to login with your ‘My ZANiC’ account username and password
SALE ITEMS When purchasing sale items, we ask that you choose your item carefully as sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
CHECKOUT Click on the shopping cart to proceed with your purchase. We wouldn't want your items to get lost so please remember to enter your shipping address in correctly,
Australian Customers have a payment choice of direct deposit or payal. Customers choosing to pay via direct deposit will be emailed payment instructions
International Customer checkout through paypal only.
If you have been issued with a discount code/ or voucher, you can enter it in the discount box.

SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES ZANiC uses Australia Post to ship your item. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically upon checkout. All items shipped by ZANiC will be registered and tracking available. International shipping charges are also calculated upon checkout. Simply select the country of destination and the preferred shipping option. All items are shipped within 24-48 hours.
Gift Services GIFT VOUCHERS ZANiC offers several gift voucher options. Simply follow the steps on the ‘Gift Voucher’ page to proceed with your order.

Returns RETURNING YOUR ITEM Please note: Returns can take up to 7 days to process. Returns on sale items are not excepted. ZANiC offers exchange or store credit for non-defective items only ZANiC allows returns provided the return request has been made within 48 hours of receiving the item. All return must be authorised by ZANiC customer service. Items must be returned in the original condition. Please choose carefully as ZANiC does not except returns simply because you changed your mind. If your item is not as described or the wrong size/colour/style was sent, a replacement item will then be sent or store credit issued. ZANiC is not responsible for and will not accept the return of any merchandise that has been worn, damaged, altered or washed.
DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS ZANiC offers full refunds on damaged or defective items only ZANiC items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped out. We will allow returns provided the return request has been made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Once the item arrives at our store the damages will be inspected and a replacement item sent. If however the item you purchased is not longer in stock a store credit will be issued.
Due to limited stock the item that you purchased may not be available at time of refund, if this is the case a full refund will be supplied. Full refunds are processed using the original payment method meaning that if an item was purchased using a credit card then the refund will be credited to that credit card.
STORE CREDIT Store credits are issued via a credit code which you must enter into the ‘enter discount code here’ field within the shopping cart area. The value of the credit is then deducted from your subtotal. Store credit will expire 1 year from the date issued. Credit codes must be used within the timeframe specified

The best way to find out if ZANiC ships to your destination is to contact us through our contact page. What is a pre-order? Means you never have to miss out on the latest must-haves. If an item has a coming soon, pre-order now label on it then it is available to secure in advance.
